What i have learned about cooking for the last 20 years has revealed to me that cooking is more than mixing the ingredients together...its magic...its miraculous...its healing...its all we need for better leaving both physical and mentally.This is not new,its has been part of our life for the longest time but kept secret from most of us. Kept secret because its so delicate, so delicate like the 4 elements that govern our lives(water,fire ,earth ,air).
